What information to include when reporting a bug, or requesting a feature

Want A New Feature Or Have Ideas For Improvements?

At Session we absolutely love to hear about what our customers think about Session Studio! It's been built by music creators for music creators, we want to be the best place to collaborate and add that all important metadata so you get the credit you deserve.

You can make feature request by talking to us through the messenger, or in the community using the feature feedback channel. If you're suggesting a new feature we'd love to know the following information:

  • What exactly are you trying to do?

  • What is your desired outcome?

  • What is your current workflow or process to achieve this?

Found A Bug?

If you're having problems with Session Studio working correctly, get in contact with us through the messenger. Please can you make sure you include the following information when contacting us, so we can help you as quickly as possible.

  • What you were doing in the app before you experienced the issue

  • What happened, and what you expected to happen instead

  • What time this roughly happened.

  • If you’re using our web app, which browser and version you’re using

  • If you’re using our desktop app or mobile app, your operating system and device details

  • Who were you collaborating with (if anyone) and if it affected them as well.

  • Screenshots and screen recordings to be sent if possible, to help us further understand the issue.
