How to make changes to your profile and settings

I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, simply press “forgot your password?” from the log-in screen and type your email address. You’ll receive a link in your email inbox, with which you can reset your password.


How do I change my password?

  • Mobile - Go into the profile section > Settings > Password

  • Desktop & Web - Go to your name in the top-right corner > Settings > Change Password


How do I change my email address?

  • Mobile - Go into the profile section > Settings > Email

  • Desktop & Web - Go to your name in the top-right corner > Settings > Change email address


How do I change my profile image?

  • Mobile - Go into the profile section > Basic profile > Edit profile > Click on camera icon

  • Desktop & Web - Go to your name in the top-right corner > Profile and > Click your profile picture


How do I, as a music company, create an account?

As a Manager or A&R you can create your personal account and create, or be invited to, your creators songs. Session Studio also sends label copy in the DDEX RIN standard and if you want your record label integrated please contact our support team.


How do I delete my account?

  • To delete account permanently, you can close your account yourself in the settings section.

We specifically delete:

  • all in-app data immediately

  • keep logs for 6 months

  • keep database backups for 35 days (this contains historical in-app data excluding uploaded files

Any Third party information can be deleted on request, you can find contact details for the support team here.
